In our production program, we offer you technical X-ray tubes with glass windows up to 80 kV and with Beryllium windows up to 60 kV. Our microfocus X-ray tubes have point-like focal spots ranging from 30 µm to 1 mm, as well as line focus focal spots of 50 µm x 2000 µm. In addition to the standard anode material Tungsten, we also process a variety of other materials. For special customer applications, we can build our X-ray tubes as a „minimal drift“ variant (md).
A wide range of combinations between focal spot size, anode angle, anode material and radiation exit angle allows us to manufacture an X-ray tube precisely according to your requirements. In addition, we equip the X-ray tubes with Beryllium windows with one of our standard flanges or a customer-specific flange. The contacting options are also variable.
